Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity will begin construction of its first development: East Broad Townhomes in the summer of 2018. Designed by Lorraine Cunanan, local architect and owner of Locus Design & Consulting, the East Broad Townhomes will feature an open three bedroom, two bath floor plan with approximately 1200 square feet each. Townhomes will be constructed with energy efficient materials to promote affordability for the life of the home. Phases one through three will include three clusters of three attached townhome dwellings and phase four will be a smaller lot with one to two townhomes.
Located minutes from downtown Newnan, East Broad Townhomes is a desirable location due to its close proximity to Ashley Park, local shopping centers, schools, hospitals and more!
The East Broad Townhome development will cost an estimated $1.5 million. This includes all site work, impact fees, construction of 11 townhomes, two parking lots and a playground. Donations are 100% tax-deductible as NCHFH is a registered 501(c)3 organization and affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Individuals can contribute a one-time or monthly donation by clicking on this link and paying with their PayPal account, debit card or major credit card.
Local businesses and corporations can join our list of Community Development Partners which include opportunities for your employees to construct a Habitat townhome with the supervision of qualified construction personnel.
