Volunteer Opportunities are Available for Ages 13 and Up.

We could not exist without the kind and generous volunteers who donate their precious time and diligent efforts to provide affordable housing to those in need throughout Coweta County. Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity doesn’t necessarily mean swinging a hammer. Although building houses is what we are most known for, there are many different ways to volunteer within our organization and make a difference in your community!  You can work alongside our homeowners and other volunteers to construct one of the homes we build or re-model. You can volunteer your time to work in the ReStore, which funds much of our community development work in Coweta County, or you may choose to volunteer at one of our fundraising events held annually.

To get more details about volunteering with NCHFH, call 770-252-9049, ext. 211 or email volunteer@nchfh.org.

Prior to starting your volunteer work with NCHFH, we encourage you to review our Volunteer Handbook so that you are familiar with NCHFH’s policies and procedures. To view or download a copy of the handbook, click on this link.  Once you have finished reviewing the handbook, please complete the acknowledgement form on page 18 and return to volunteer@nchfh.org or mail to NCHFH, Attn: Community Outreach Coordinator, PO Box 73619, Newnan, GA  30271.
