Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity accepts gifts of land or vacant properties that may be used to build a new home for a family or to fund our broader mission. Your real estate gift may qualify for a nonprofit tax deduction or tax credit on the difference between the sales price and the appraised property value.
